Accomodation Information

The Conference is non-residential and delegates are requested to make their own accommodation arrangements. Vancouver offers a wide range of accommodation options to suit every preference and budget. We advise booking early for the best availability and exclusive discounts. Should you require any assistance with reservation, please contact our conference manager at contact@gctim.org.

Visa Information

It is the travelers responsibility to check and confirm current visa requirements to enter Canada. You may check with the Canada Border Agency whether you need a visa and how to obtain one if necessary.

To ensure security compliance, Visa Support Letters will be issued exclusively to registered conference attendees who have completed their conference registration and payment. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide Visa Support Letters for guests accompanying attendees.

Visa Support Letters will be issued via email in PDF format. Please contact the Conference Manager at contact@gctim.org to arrange for a Visa Support Letter. You must include:

  • Your Name as it appears on your Passport
  • Your Date of Birth
  • Your Passport Number
  • Passport Issue Date
  • Passport Expiry Date
  • If you are an author of an accepted paper or poster, please provide the title.

Note: Getting a Visa Support Letter does not guarantee Canada visa approval. It provides additional information about your travel purpose as a visa applicant.
